Snail Bob remains a charming, beautifully judged puzzle game. You orchestrate the world rather than control the hero, and the puzzles are inventive and fair, introducing new mechanisms at a relaxed, satisfying pace. It's family-friendly and genuinely soothing to play.
There's little challenge for puzzle veterans seeking a brutal test, and the slow pace is the point rather than a flaw. But as a cozy, clever puzzler, it's hard to fault.
