Overview
A vertical shoot-'em-up: weave through enemy fire, grab power-ups and face screen-filling bosses. Short runs, instant restarts and a difficulty you can read at a glance.
Our Review
Air War is a tidy, accessible vertical shooter that gets the fundamentals right. Movement feels precise, the power-up system adds light decision-making, and boss fights provide satisfying pattern-puzzles without veering into bullet-hell cruelty. Runs are short and instantly restartable — perfect for a browser.
It plays it safe: the visuals are workmanlike and the challenge stays moderate, so genre veterans won't be stretched. But as an easy-to-enjoy, hard-to-put-down shmup, it's a reliable good time.
