Overview

Place towers along the shoreline and hold back waves of invaders. A clean, readable tower-defense game with a gentle difficulty curve and a few clever late-game twists.

Our Review

Defend the Beach is tower defense done by the book, and that's a compliment. The towers are distinct, the maps give you meaningful placement decisions, and the difficulty ramps fairly enough that losses feel like a puzzle to solve rather than a wall to grind. The seaside theme is cheerful and the UI stays out of the way.

It doesn't push the genre forward — there are no wild new mechanics, and veterans will find few surprises — but it's polished, readable and genuinely fun to optimise. A reliable, easygoing entry that's hard to dislike.
